Ok i saw elvemages banner so i made me one tell me if you like it.

I meant to vote for the second one the first one is cool but it flashes to much. but ill keep witch ever one gets the most votes or if you want me to find a new one just leave your comment in the post.

yeh second one is better i mean if the flashin on the first was slowed down abit it would be easier but u would spend hours tryin to find out what it says at that speed

I like them both, but good thing you can do is make the second one have a different style font, maybe Olde English, or Blackadder. Also change the color to like a golden rod or a dark blue.

I still like mine better im gonna add the owners into it

GIMP is way simpler then photoshop for sure. and i can definitely try =]
